Application
In the following lines you will find out under which conditions it is possible to move into a Zeso Life shared apartment.
One thing is particularly important: the most important prerequisite is that you are willing to work on your life. If this is the case, moving into a shared flat can be the start of a new life. And we want to support you in this.
Application requirements
release from prison and/or addictions of any kind and/or other acute life problems
Personal interview (in exceptional cases also by telephone)
Men and women aged 18–40 (exceptions may apply)
In the case of acute substance-related addiction problems, inpatient detoxification must have been successfully completed immediately before moving in.

A cost commitment is not necessary!
If you decide to move in with us, your place of residence will also be registered with us. This means that you will receive ALG-II or ALG-I from the local JobCenter or employment office. You will use these funds to pay a contribution towards your rent and meals. The costs for rent and meals are currently € 450.00.
The remaining money is available as pocket money after consultation with your landlord or can be used to settle any debts.
During your stay, we will set up a trust account for you. You will have access to the account at all times, but may not dispose of it freely. Cash will not be available to you at first.
-
We recommend a minimum stay of 12 months. Depending on requirements, the stay can also be extended.
-
There is an absolute ban on nicotine and alcohol during the entire therapy period.
You will be accommodated in a twin room.
When you move in, you must hand in your cell phone and other technical devices (e.g. MP3 player, laptop, console, TV) for a period of 9 months.
There is a ban on contact for the first three months (exceptions for parents, spouses and children).
